Application
Diaphragm pressure gauges are widely used in petrochemical, chemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, textile and other processes to measure the pressure of strong corrosion, high temperature and high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to solidify and solid float media. In the case of pressure detection in which certain measuring media cannot be directly entered into the general-purpose instrument and are easy to clean and prevent accumulation of sediment, a diaphragm watch consisting of a segregation isolator and a universal pressure gauge must be used.
Principle
When the pressure P of the medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is deformed, and the sealing liquid of the pressure measuring instrument of the pressure gauge is compressed to form a pressure of P OP. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is sufficiently small, the ΔP is also small, and the pressure gauge is small. The pressure formed by the pressure measuring system is close to the pressure of the measuring medium
